In recent years, the “healthy” trend has increased significantly globally and the gastronomic sector has opted to adapt to it by offering new experiences and high-quality dishes that maintain a healthy and conscious structure for those who come to its establishment.
In Marbella there is currently a great proposal for healthy cuisine that has been positioned throughout the Costa del Sol due to its innovative proposal. We are talking about Manuka, a restaurant that offers clean, natural and healthy food, free of additives, chemicals and refined sugars.
Their success lies in the small details, that is, they manage to offer quality products, with exemplary service, maintaining sustainability at all times. The first thing to note is that Manuka offers different options for everyone, from vegan dishes to gluten-free products to respect and take care of intolerances.
Additionally, both the vegetables, fruits and livestock used in the restaurant come from local farmers, who provide organic eggs from free-range chickens, grass-fed cows, pesticide-free fruits, among many other benefits.
And as a final but not least bet, all takeaway packaging as well as straws are 100% biodegradable, made from a combination of bamboo fiber, recycled paper or PLA, thus helping to reduce environmental damage.
